The Department of Human Services, Office of Long-Term Living is on the lookout for a detail-oriented registered nurse who possesses outstanding communication skills. This role involves traveling across the state to deliver both operational and clinical oversight, ensuring effective monitoring and quality management of the Living Independence for the Elderly (LIFE) Program, which is nationally recognized as PACE. - DESCRIPTION OF WORK
As a registered nurse in the role of LIFE Program Lead in the Division of Integrated Care Programs in the Office of Long-Term Living, you will manage the operational and clinical oversight and compliance and ongoing operations and procedures for the LIFE program.
You will travel statewide to provide monitoring, oversight, operational and clinical activities, and management of the LIFE Program audit process. This includes the coordination of all activities regarding policy, procedures, regulations, and quality improvement, monitoring, and risk management programs as they relate to improving the quality of services and supports for the Living Independence for the Elderly (LIFE) program.
Having oversight of the administration of the statewide monitoring of the LIFE program, including technical assistance support to provider agencies to ensure high quality consumer service and compliance with state and federal regulations requires you to develop and maintain a collaborative working relationship with CMS in joint oversight of PA's PACE program.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
- Home Headquartered: This position is home headquartered. In order to be home headquartered, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania.

- REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Two years of professional nursing experience;or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
Special Requirements:
- All positions require active authorization to practice as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania.
- All employees possessing an active temporary practice permit must obtain licensure as a Registered Nurse within the one (1) year period defined by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing.
Other Requirements:
- PA residency requirement is currently waived for this title.
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
