American Senior Communities in Fort Wayne, IN, seeks a Nursing Scheduler Coordinator for Coventry Meadows Assisted Living. You ensure staffing levels meet resident care needs and maintain a positive, patient-centered environment.

You will coordinate with the Executive Director and Director of Nursing to schedule staff, respect budgets, and comply with State and Federal guidelines, while upholding CARE values in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a state approved training program in medication administration.
• Indiana QMA license.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Create staffing schedules to ensure provision of quality nursing care.
• Coordinate with the Executive Director and Director of Nursing to advise and communicate staffing schedules and needs.
