Job summary

Autumn Care of Marshville is hiring a Nursing Assistant Scheduler to maintain accurate staff schedules in a SNF setting. You will provide direct care as needed, ensuring residents receive emotional support and physical assistance per care plans.

Requirements include a high school diploma, 18+ years old, and active CNA registry as per state laws. Shifts are full-time, with wage range $21.00–$23.00 per hour and a strong emphasis on teamwork and patient wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to communicate in English and have the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Current registry of certification to work as a Nursing Assistant in good standing within the applicable laws of the state in which you work or otherwise possesses the requirements to work as a Nursing Assistant under the laws of that state.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the community nursing staff schedules accurately and consistently.
• Serve as a CNA to provide a safe environment and attend to residents’ physical needs.
• Follow health, sanitary and infection control policies per Nursing Policies and Procedures.
