River Terrace Healthcare Center in Bluffton, IN is seeking a Nursing Scheduler to join our skilled nursing team. This important administrative role ensures proper staffing coverage and efficient coordination of the nursing schedule.

The ideal candidate has scheduling experience in healthcare, strong computer skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This full-time position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• Previous scheduling experience in healthcare is required.
• Strong computer and technical skills are required.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Develop, publish, and maintain monthly nursing staff schedules.
• Manage daily schedule changes, call-offs, and shift coverage needs.
• Approve shift trades as delegated by the DON.
• Track and document call-offs, tardiness, attendance trends.
• Collaborate with HR to ensure attendance policies are applied consistently.
• Prepare and submit payroll-related reports within deadlines.
• Provide staffing reports to DON, Administrator, and leadership.
