Saber Healthcare Group is seeking a dedicated Scheduling Specialist in the Harrisburg area to accurately maintain community nursing staff schedules and support a warm, team-focused environment.

You will follow health, sanitary, and infection control policies while adhering to established Nursing Policies and Procedures. This full-time role emphasizes reliability, clear communication in English, and the ability to work scheduled hours in a long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to communicate in English and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to work hours as scheduled based on position requirements.
• Previous scheduling experience preferred but not required.
• Preference for CNA certification within the state but not required.
• Previous long-term care scheduling experience strongly preferred.

Education
