Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking a Nursing Scheduler Coordinator to maintain appropriate staffing levels and ensure high-quality resident care. You will collaborate with the Executive Director and Director of Nursing to plan schedules, balance budgets, and communicate staffing needs across departments.

Requirements include a state-approved medication administration training and an Indiana QMA license.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a state approved training program in medication administration.
• Indiana QMA license.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Create staffing schedules that ensure provision of quality nursing care.
• Coordinate with the Executive Director and the Director of Nursing to advise and communicate scheduling needs and ensure compliance with budgetary, State and Federal guidelines.
• Collaborate with team to achieve optimal resident care and staffing efficiency.
• Maintain accurate scheduling records and respond to staffing gaps promptly.
