Qualifications

Master’s in healthcare related field required.
5 years of clinical experience.
Demonstrated competence in managing, establishing and teaching evidence-based clinical practice guidelines and original nursing research principles.
Demonstrated ability to teach research methods to health professionals.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize to meet deadlines.
Familiarity with major statistical software analysis and database management preferred.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with direct care clinical nurses, CNS, educators, clinical leaders and ECH staff to create an ongoing roadmap for evidence-based healthcare with annual, measurable goals, guideline review, and coordination of Magnet processes.
Lead research review activities including IRB interactions and evidence-based practice project coordination, assist in grant and manuscript preparation, and Magnet redesignation.
Mentor and facilitate the Nursing Research Council (NRC).
Work with others to improve clinical outcomes, nursing knowledge development in EBPs and research, and contribute to nursing literature.
