Job summary

You will coordinate research protocols, develop education programs, monitor approvals, and train staff in best practices. A Master’s degree in Nursing or related field, CA RN license, and 4+ years of acute care RN experience

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain a current California RN license.
• Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration or closely related field.
• Four (4) years or more of full-time RN experience in an acute care hospital.
• Healthcare Provider BLS certification required by American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Oversee research studies and monitor progress within established timelines and budgets.
• Serve as liaison to ensure compliance and timely approvals of research protocols.
