NKC Health in North Kansas City, MO seeks a Supervisor, Professional Practice Evaluation & Risk Management with a strong nursing leadership background. The role focuses on OPPE/FPPE processes, risk management in nursing peer review, and data-driven patient safety improvements.

You will present findings to Medical Staff and NKC Health leadership. The candidate should have 10+ years of clinical experience, expertise in quality data, and knowledge of CMS/TJC standards.

Competenze

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant progressive, clinical work experience.
• Strong nursing background and quality data experience required.
• Strong working knowledge of CMS and TJC regulatory compliance requirements related to quality, risk management and medical staff.

Mansioni

• Leads risk management efforts in the field of nursing peer review.
• Assists with review and investigation of internal occurrence reports and root cause analysis and other patient safety event reviews.
• Analyzes quality and risk management data to identify opportunities to improve patient safety, and will implement proactive risk management projects to promote patient safety and risk reduction.
• The successful candidate will have professional presence and leadership acumen to present projects to the Medical Staff and NKC Health staff.
• The position reports to the Director, Risk Management.
