Job summary

WellSpace Health seeks a Manager of Nursing Programs to lead the operational, clinical, and administrative aspects of nursing programs. The role partners with the Clinical Director to supervise nursing staff, promote high-quality patient care, and ensure regulatory adherence within a dynamic healthcare setting.

The manager will guide staffing, performance management, and quality initiatives while fostering patient-centered care and teamwork across the organization.

Qualifications

• Current California RN license and BLS certification are required.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a minimum of three years of nursing experience.
• Three to five years of progressively responsible nursing experience, including at least one year in leadership or management.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and evaluate outcomes to support optimal patient outcomes.
• Oversee staffing, workflow optimization, and performance management for nursing programs.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards; drive quality improvement.
