What You’ll Do and Who We Are Looking For

This is NOT an announcement for a specific open position, but a Casual Interest Pool through which the department will identify applicants based on needs during the Academic Year. This is a Part-time, on-call position based on simulation scheduling needs (typically Monday - Friday). The Standardized Participant is a Casual position at PCC, with a $25/hour pay rate.

Function/Duties of Position

Under the supervision of the PCC Nursing Simulation Leads, the Standardized Participant (SP) supports the nursing program by portraying patients, family members, or other healthcare roles in simulated clinical encounters. SPs help create realistic, safe, and supportive environments that allow nursing students to practice clinical judgment, communication, and assessment skills in a formative, educational setting.

Casual Compensation Hourly Range

$16.30 - $25.05
