Jobot is hiring a Nursing Program Instructor/Professor in Carmel, Indiana. The role focuses on teaching in the classroom and clinical settings, with hybrid scheduling (4 days in-person, 1 day remote) and a full-time, 40-hour workweek.

Salary ranges from $80,000 to $89,000 per year with strong benefits and growth opportunities. The candidate will deliver on-ground teaching, support student success through mentoring and tutoring, and manage grades and records in a dynamic higher-education

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing is required.
• Master’s Degree in Nursing is preferred.
• Two years of full-time clinical experience as a registered nurse.
• Unrestricted nursing license in Indiana.
• Teaching and learning principles for adult education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach in classroom and clinical settings.
• On-ground teaching (lab/clinical) responsibilities.
• Classroom management, use of technology, grade submission and records management.
• Mentor, tutor and advise students to support success.
