Job summary

The role requires a Master’s in Nursing, RN license in Tennessee, and teaching/program management experience. You will implement LMS and nursing curriculum tools to enhance student success.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in nursing required; Doctorate preferred.
• Minimum of one year of experience as a program lead in nursing academics.
• Program management experience preferred.
• Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in Tennessee.
• Minimum of three years of teaching experience.
• Experience with NCLEX tracking and intervention to meet benchmarks.
• Experience with nursing support curriculum applications (ATI, HESI).
• Two years of management experience preferred.
• Four+ years in a nursing specialty setting preferred.
• Experience with LMS required.

Responsibilities

• Schedules, coordinates, develops, and implements faculty orientation and mentoring.
• Facilitates program communication between administration, faculty, and students.
• Leads PD and all-faculty meetings coordination.
• Screens and hires support positions for FTF conversion.
• Maintains documentation and records in compliance with requirements.
• Collaborates to increase engagement, retention, and success, especially for at-risk populations.
• Coordinates clinical placements and activities.
• Implements LMS and curriculum tools to promote efficiency and access.
