Jobot is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to lead the nursing program and collaborate with the leadership team. The role requires an MSN or higher, RN license, and several years in leadership and teaching within hospital or academic settings. The role focuses on accreditation, faculty development, partnerships with clinical sites, and expanding the program to accommodate new cohorts.
Qualifications
- 3+ years leadership/administration experience (hospital/academic programs).
- 2+ years of effective teaching and scholarly activities.
- 3+ years of clinical experience or management skills with planning, assessment and evaluation.
- Active/Clear RN license (multistate accepted).
