Job Juncture seeks an experienced Nursing Program Director to lead our nursing education program, combining clinical expertise with leadership to drive academic excellence and student achievement. The role oversees curriculum development, accreditation compliance with state boards, and administrative management, while teaching and coordinating clinical/lab instruction as needed.

Salary is $120,000 annually, with a strong opportunity to shape program quality and outcomes within Michigan.

Qualifications

Master's Degree in Nursing and current RN license in Michigan.
Active Michigan license.
5+ years of RN experience with direct patient care.
2+ years of classroom/didactic teaching.
Leadership and administrative capabilities.
Experience with accreditation standards in nursing education.

Responsibilities

Oversee development, evaluation, and improvement of the nursing curriculum.
Ensure compliance with national and state accreditation bodies and board of nursing requirements.
Teach courses and facilitate clinical/lab instruction as needed.
Recruit, hire, mentor, and evaluate nursing faculty and administrative staff.
Manage department budget, resources, and clinical facility partnerships.
Lead faculty meetings, curriculum committees, and advisory board sessions.
Monitor student enrollment, retention, progression, and licensure/certification pass rates.
Build relationships with clinical sites for student placements.
Support students navigating their programs.
