Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Nursing is required.
• MSN or higher is preferred.
• Must have completed an approved nursing education program.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development, evaluation, and improvement of the nursing curriculum.
• Ensure program compliance with accreditation bodies and board requirements.
• Teach courses and facilitate clinical/lab instruction as needed.
• Recruit, hire, mentor, and evaluate nursing faculty and staff.
• Manage department budget, resources, and partnerships.
• Lead faculty meetings and curriculum committees.
• Monitor student enrollment, progression, and licensure pass rates.
