Job summary

Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing required; Doctorate of Nursing Practice degree preferred.
• Active, unencumbered RN license for Ohio.
• At least three years experience as a registered nurse.
• At least two years experience as a faculty member in a nursing education program.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and mentor faculty and staff within the nursing program.
• Lead program development, accreditation readiness and data-driven improvement.
• Hire, train, evaluate and supervise faculty; support student learning and outcomes.
