Qualifications

• PhD in nursing science or related disciplines (preferred).
• Demonstrated record of teaching at undergraduate and graduate levels.
• Mentoring junior faculty and promoting intra-professional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Join UNC School of Nursing as Associate Professor or Professor with tenure/tenure-track.
• Demonstrate a program of research aligned with nursing and health systems, biobehavioral research, and digital innovation.
• Mentor students and foster interdisciplinary collaborations to advance nursing education and health outcomes.
