Shriners Children's is seeking a Nursing Professional Development Specialist to design, implement, and evaluate onboarding programs for nursing staff and allied healthcare team members. Responsibilities include coordinating onboarding, assessing competency, creating ongoing education activities, and supporting EBP and QI initiatives across pediatric care settings.
