Qualifications

Candidate can teach undergraduate/graduate courses and support a diverse student body.
3–5 years of nursing practice; prefer adult health and/or behavioral health.
MSN required to teach BSN programs; doctoral degree preferred.
3 years of academic preparation and teaching in nursing education.
Teaching in online and in-person formats; familiarity with EHRs and online platforms.

Responsibilities

Teach nursing courses on campus and participate in lab/simulation experiences.
Coordinate with lead course faculty and participate in service to university and profession.
Interprets program curriculum and maintains clinical competency.
Schedule end-of-rotation evaluations; maintain grade records and confidentiality.
Attend mandatory orientation and complete training as directed.
