Saint Xavier University is seeking a Nursing Peer Mentor/Tutor to support undergraduate nursing students through tutoring and content clarification. The role collaborates with the Tutor Team and Academic Success Coaches to promote success in the Nursing Program.
The position requires a current SXU student with strong communication skills, a minimum GPA of 3.0, and a commitment to regular weekly hours. Resume and cover letter are required for application.
The Nursing Peer Mentor/Tutor serves as a resource for the undergraduate nursing students at Saint Xavier University. In this role, nursing students (in good standing) provide tutoring services; the Nursing Peer Mentor/Tutor can assist with content clarification and reinforcement. The Nursing Peer Mentor/Tutor collaborates with other members of the Tutor Team and with the Academic Success Coaches for the Nursing Program to promote students’ success in the Nursing Program at SXU.
