Grand Canyon University is seeking academic peer tutors to support students on the Phoenix main campus with one-on-one and small group sessions. Training is provided, and tutors may also support virtually. The Center operates Monday–Thursday 10 AM–8 PM and Sunday 10 AM–8 PM.

You must be a current GCU student enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program with GPA requirements; 10–20 hours weekly availability is preferred. Pay is minimum wage. Anticipated end date: April 24, 2027.

• Provide individual and small group tutoring in assigned subject areas.
• Model academic integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
• Encourage independent learning, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Collect and maintain student data related to peer tutoring assistance.
• Maintain confidentiality of student records and tutoring notes; document records timely.
• Participate in required training sessions.
• May perform administrative duties for Center Operations as needed.
