Qualifications

• Active RN license (CA Board) and BLS; ACLS and CPI preferred/required as specified.
• Excellent communication and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages nursing resources to support recovery aligned with the medical plan of care.
• Maintains open communication to meet USC mission and priorities.
• Focuses on safety, patient satisfaction, and fiscal responsibility in staffing decisions.
• Coordinates staffing needs and communicates significant events to leadership; participates in problem-solving.
• Mentors staff to develop leadership and clinical skills; performs other duties as assigned.
