You will act as the on-site nursing administrator, coordinating patient flow, staffing, and cross-department communication to ensure safe, high-quality care.

The role requires NM RN licensure (compact allowed), 5+ years in acute care or leadership, and a commitment to staff development and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Associates of Nursing degree from an accredited school.
• NM RN license required or eligible for Out-of-State Multistate compact license.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant acute care/telemetry or leadership nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and clinical oversight for hospital operations during assigned shifts.
• Serve as nursing leader and administrative representative in the absence of senior leadership.
• Coordinate patient care activities and collaborate with department leaders to optimize throughput and capacity management.
• Monitor staffing levels and patient acuity to ensure safe care delivery.
• Support nursing staff through coaching, mentoring, conflict resolution, and clinical consultation.
• Promote a culture of patient-centered care, accountability, teamwork and service excellence.
