Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between nursing units, admissions, and the DON.
• Plan and facilitate meetings to address resident care issues.
• Monitor weights weekly and monthly; ensure accurate documentation.
• Evaluate nursing staff performance and coordinate training with the DON.
• Oversee staffing to ensure adequate coverage and regulatory compliance.
