• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.

• Promote timely patient throughput via interdepartmental collaboration.
• Coordinate transfers with outside facilities per EMTALA rules.
• Collaborate with quality and leadership to ensure regulatory compliance.

• Support patient satisfaction through rounding and service recovery.
