Qualifications

• 5 years housekeeping experience required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required. Ability to effectively communicate with Spanish-speaking patients, families, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Environmental Services operations by setting priorities, assigning work, and coordinating coverage.
• Provide hands-on coaching to maintain cleanliness and infection prevention standards.
• Review daily checkout reports to ensure spaces are clean and ready.
• Train staff in cleaning and disinfection practices and safe equipment use.
• Manage scheduling, timekeeping, and payroll related tasks under direction.
