Responsibilities

• Utilizes staff and resources; adjusts staffing per patient care needs.
• Serve as flow lead; collaborate on patient placement with bed placement staff.
• Lead interdisciplinary rounds and liaison among physicians, nurses, staff, patients and families.
• Monitor bed availability and patient transfers; ensure timely shift reports.
• Participate in leadership meetings and hospital committees.
