Responsibilities

• Oversees the day-to-day operations of the nursing department, ensuring patient care aligns with standards and policies.
• Collaborates with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement nursing programs and policies.
• Conducts regular rounds to assess care quality and identify improvements.
• Provides guidance and support to licensed nurses, CNAs, and other staff.
• Develops and maintains positive relationships with patients, families, and staff.
• Participates in quality improvement initiatives and contributes to quality metrics.
