Qualifications

• Current NYS Professional Nurse license and registration.
• Master's Degree in Nursing Administration, Education or equivalent with at least six years nursing experience, four in supervisory/administrative capacity.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing with seven years nursing experience, five in supervisory or teaching capacity.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience with NYS license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day nursing service operations and staffing.
• Monitor service-line quality metrics and regulatory alignment.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on policies and standards.
• Plan staffing and direct recruitment of nursing personnel.
• Conduct performance evaluations and disciplinary actions as needed.
