Job summary

Live Well Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking an experienced nursing leader to oversee all nursing departments and clinical services, including strategic planning and quality patient-centered care across units and clinics.

You will drive budgets, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with staff and medical teams, while advancing performance and accountability. RN licensure is required; BSN/MSN preferred; Texas driver’s license and BLS are advantageous.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required; BSN or MSN preferred.
• 3–5 years of operations management experience preferred.
• Valid RN license and Texas Driver’s License; BLS; auto liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational strategies across nursing services and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Develop systems for patient flow, cost control, and seamless care transitions.
• Oversee budgets, financial reporting, and resource planning.
• Foster communication among leadership, staff, and medical teams.
• Manage recruitment, orientation, leadership development, and evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with CMS, Joint Commission, and regulatory standards.
• Support facility operations including space usage and equipment maintenance.
• Represent nursing interests on facility and system committees.
• Perform other duties as assigned by senior leadership.
