Live Well Homecare Agency, LLC seeks an experienced supervisor to coordinate patient care, manage personnel, and oversee equipment and budgeting. The role focuses on staffing plans, professional development, and quality improvement through collaborative treatment plans tailored to patient needs.

You will lead staff hiring, training, evaluations, and payroll-related tasks while ensuring departmental objectives are met with strong organizational and communication skills.

Competenze

• Nursing Diploma or Associate’s degree with RN licensure.
• Preferred: 2–5 years of supervisory experience, Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, and 5–10 years of relevant experience.
• Prior supervisory experience of at least 2 years is ideal.
