Qualifications

• RN license is required with Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree.
• 2–5 years of experience and supervisory experience preferred.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing with 5–10 years of experience and less than 2 years of supervisory experience.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate patient care, manage staff, and oversee equipment and department statistics.
• Lead staffing plans, budgets, scheduling, and performance evaluations to meet departmental goals.
• Oversee adherence to policies and development of collaborative care plans to ensure quality outcomes.
• Support staff scheduling, payroll reconciliation, communication, and address performance issues through evaluations and corrective actions.
• Drive departmental productivity and operational efficiency while leading performance reviews and coaching.
