The incumbent will design staffing plans, recruit and train staff, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with licensure, safety, and accreditation standards, while driving continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing from an accredited school (Required).
• BSN preferred; Magnet designation requires a BSN (Required).
• Active Kentucky RN license or compact license (Required).
• Two years of acute care experience (Required).
• Prior management experience (Preferred).
