Job summary

NeuroRestorative, a part of the Sevita family, is seeking a Nursing Manager to lead a team of LPNs and RNs on site in New Hampshire. Use your RN experience to improve the lives of individuals with complex conditions and to support colleagues addressing medical and psychiatric needs.

This full-time, M-F role offers a competitive salary of 90k–95k and a comprehensive benefits package, with opportunities for growth within Sevita's nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program with current state RN license.
• Five years of experience with medically/behaviorally complex individuals; supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license, vehicle, and CPR/First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support a team of LPNs and RNs; evaluate performance and address issues.
• Direct nursing assessments, diagnoses, plans, and evaluations.
• Monitor nursing delegation with the Medical Director.
• Ensure training completion and develop procedures for tasks.
• Lead medical assessments and coordinate care placement decisions.
• Oversee nursing intake, service plans, and QA processes.
• Develop clinical training with the Medical Director.
• Apply nursing standards and policy in daily care.
• Coordinate care using community resources in collaboration with clinical teams.
• Review and revise nursing-related care plans regularly.
• Manage high-risk medical conditions and private duty nursing services.
