Job summary

Sevita's NeuroRestorative division seeks an experienced RN to join our team in New Hampshire. You will conduct health assessments and develop individualized care plans, monitor patients, and coordinate with physicians to deliver high-quality, person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with accredited nursing degree.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification.
• At least one year of nursing experience.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive health assessments and develop care plans.
• Monitor health and respond to changes with clinical judgment.
• Provide clinical leadership and advocate for person-centered care.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare partners to coordinate care.
• Offer clinical oversight and guidance to staff for safe, high-quality care.
• Train and support team members on healthcare practices and patient needs.
• Address biological, physical, and behavioral health needs using clinical expertise.
• Build strong relationships with individuals, families, coworkers and professionals.
