Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Abdominal Transplant unit operations and staff.
• Coordinate patient and donor pathways for kidney, pancreas, and liver transplantation.
• Ensure quality, patient safety, and regulatory compliance across the unit.
• Conduct annual performance appraisals and participate in governance activities.
