Job summary

SpineSearch LLC, in partnership with a Queens-area healthcare system, is seeking an experienced Overnight Nurse Supervisor to lead hospital operations during night hours. This full-time, hands-on RN role focuses on supporting nursing staff and maintaining safe, high-quality patient care across units.

The ideal candidate holds an active New York RN license, demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills, and can manage staffing, rounds, and urgent operational issues in a fast-paced

Responsibilities

• Oversee overnight operations across the hospital, including ED, Labor & Delivery, CCU/ICU, Med-Surg, and Behavioral Health.
• Manage staffing and scheduling, address coverage issues, and ensure safe staffing levels.
• Round throughout the hospital, provide support to staff, and address operational and personnel concerns as they arise.
• Balance multiple competing priorities while exercising sound judgment and critical-thinking skills.
• Recognize when issues require escalation to leadership, including major operational disruptions such as power outages or EMR downtime.
• Provide guidance to nursing staff and help maintain safe, high-quality patient care.

This is a full-time, hands-on leadership opportunity for an RN with acute care experience who can oversee hospital-wide operations overnight, support nursing staff, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
