Qualifications

• Current New York State RN license.
• Minimum 2 years' RN experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and JCAHO regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs overnight.
• Ensure seamless coverage and coordination of patient care, medication administration, and records maintenance.
• Oversee variances in patient care and report concerns to the Director of Nursing.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide guidance and support to staff, addressing training or development needs.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and statistics per policy.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and identify areas for growth.

Registered Nurse Overnight Supervisor

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants during overnight shifts

• Ensure seamless coverage and coordination of patient care, medication administration, and Medical Records maintenance

• Oversee and correct any variances in patient care, reporting any concerns to the Director of Nursing

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Provide guidance and support to staff members, addressing any training or development needs

• Maintain accurate records, reports, and statistics, as required by regulatory agencies and company policies

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for growth and implementing improvements
