A healthcare organization in New York City seeks an experienced Nurse Manager – ICU to lead a high-performing clinical team. The role involves mentoring nursing staff, driving patient experience initiatives, and championing quality and safety programs. Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of critical care experience and at least 2 years of leadership experience in ICU settings. This position offers opportunities to shape nursing leadership and improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Critical Care (ICU) experience.
• 2–3 years of leadership experience in an ICU setting.
• Strong background in patient-centered care, quality improvement, and team leadership.
