This request is for a Full Time Assistant Director of Nursing. This position will assist the Director of Nursing in providing support for nursing that meets requirements of Licensing Board of Nursing. Act as the agent for the Director of Nursing in their absence. Will also work closely with Human Resources and Labor relations in addressing employee matters. Reviews incident reports in a timely manner and alerts the Director of Nursing if an issue arises. Works closely with union representatives and participates in negotiations as needed.
