Qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing from an accredited institution, or bachelor's degree in nursing and a master's degree in a closely related field.
• Holds an unrestricted Florida license as a Registered Nurse or eligible for licensure as a registered nurse in the State of Florida.
• One or more years' work experience as a Registered Nurse in acute care, medical surgical, pediatrics, or mental health nursing.

Responsibilities

• Primarily assigned to the pre-licensure nursing program and will teach in the classroom, online, and clinical settings on the Pensacola campus and at local community partner locations.
• Use of technology in the classroom and online, and teaching students in a broad range of clinical settings that align with the faculty member's expertise.
• This position may be assigned to teach in the RN to BSN, MSN, or FNP programs based on departmental needs.
