Qualifications

• BSN or higher required.
• 2 years nursing in an Acute Care facility required.
• 1 year of nursing leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day-to-day nursing operations during the shift.
• Serve as primary liaison between departments, providing leadership and support to staff and physicians.
• Coordinate patient flow and staffing levels, respond to emergencies, and address operational issues during the shift.
