Qualifications

• Active unencumbered RN license in Virginia
• BSN preferred
• Strong clinical knowledge and nursing expertise

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Nursing with leadership and oversight of the nursing team
• Assist in developing and executing plans to meet departmental goals
• Monitor patient care delivery and clinical outcomes, identify improvements
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards
• Foster a positive work environment encouraging teamwork and growth
• Partner with HR to recruit, onboard, and retain nursing talent
• Conduct audits to identify improvement opportunities and enhance patient care and safety
• Perform other duties to provide exceptional resident care
