Avantara Milbank is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to lead the Clinical Department and ensure residents receive a high standard of care. You will work with the leadership team to maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and to promote a positive facility culture.

The role emphasizes overseeing nursing operations, staff development, and implementing care initiatives that support residents and their families in a caring environment.

Formación

• Associate's Degree in Science, Nursing or related field.
• Unencumbered State RN license.
• CPR certification.
• Two years RN experience; five years preferred with prior management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all aspects of the Clinical Department to ensure high standards of resident care.
• Assist with setting and attaining Nursing Department goals and regulatory compliance.
• Foster a positive, inclusive facility culture and lead nursing staff.
• Provide leadership to ensure safe, consistent, and quality resident care.
