Qualifications

Registered Nurse with 3–5 years nursing home experience.
In-depth knowledge of medical records management.
Proficiency in shift management and scheduling.
Familiarity with supervising nursing staff and collaborating with physicians.
Understanding of resident rights and ethical practices.
Comprehensive anatomy knowledge for patient assessment.
Experience in hospice care and acute care settings.

Responsibilities

Manage and supervise nursing staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
Develop or implement nursing policies and procedures.
Ensure accurate medical records and documentation review.
Coordinate with physicians to provide optimal patient care.
