Job summary

Saber Health Group is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to support the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, and directing day-to-day functions of the SNF Nursing Service Department. You will work with the Administrator and Medical Director to ensure the highest quality of care for residents and compliance with health and safety standards.

The role requires an active RN license and at least two years in a supervisory healthcare role, with strong computer and EHR skills.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience in a hospital, nursing facility or related healthcare setting.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate EHR software.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing and directing day-to-day nursing service operations.
• Collaborate with the Administrator and Medical Director to ensure high quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local standards and infection control policies.
