Job Description

Saint Luke's North Hospital is looking for an Experienced RN to join their NICU, Labor and Delivery, and Postpartum team as a Clinical Coordinator.

  • Monday - Friday, 9 am 5:30 pm (40 hours/week)!
  • This is a leadership position!

Assists the Manager in supervising, planning, organizing, directing and coordinating the day-to-day operation of the unit including all personnel related aspects of the department. Serves as a positive professional role model exhibiting clinical leadership, independent judgement and decision making skills. The Clinical Coordinator acts as a resource for the staff in the area of maintaining departmental records, scheduling, staff development and other special projects. The Clinical Coordinator assesses learning needs and plans, implements and evaluates educational activities for nursing staff in the department. Serves as a clinical resource and change agent for staff in the promotion and support of the professional practice environment. Must be full time and have the flexibility to meet the unit needs.

Applicable Experience:
