Brookdale Senior Living is seeking a Director of Nursing in Ohio to lead the clinical team, ensure high-quality resident care, and collaborate with residents, families, physicians and staff to coordinate personalized services.

You will mentor associates, drive resident and family satisfaction, participate in strategic leadership, and guide daily operations across the community; Brookdale offers a six-week orientation, tuition reimbursement, and a nationwide network for relocation opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold an active state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN).
• Driver's license required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience; clinical leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of technology; proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic documentation.
