Brookdale is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead the clinical team and ensure high-quality care for residents. You will build relationships with residents, families, physicians and providers, mentor associates, and drive resident and family satisfaction.

Responsibilities include managing day-to-day clinical services, supervising licensed nurses and care staff, and potentially leading additional clinical leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Education as required to obtain state nursing license and state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN).
• Driver’s license required.
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience, and clinical leadership experience preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of technology, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and electronic documentation.

Aufgaben

• Manages the day-to-day clinical services of a more complex community to ensure residents’ healthcare needs are met.
• Supervises and provides leadership, as well as coaching, to licensed nurses and other direct care staff within the community.
• May be responsible for leading additional clinical leadership team up to five members.
